Students registered for the conference do not need to register for the Career Fair. Career Fair registration is intended only for companies planning on attending.

New York Celebration of Women in Computing’s (NYCWiC)
at the RIT Inn and Conference Center
in Henrietta, NY

1:00 PM- 3:00 PM
Participating in the Career Fair will enable you to meet students who are looking for full-time jobs, co-op positions and internships. You will have a table and an opportunity to collect resumes from some of New York State’s best and brightest computing students.
For-Profit Organization registration fee for the event is $100.
[Fee covers cost of participation for two representatives from your organization including a table, chairs, and wireless access. Refreshments provided. Additional representatives are welcome at a charge of $20 per person. Sponsorship opportunities also are available to highlight your organization.]
Non-profit organization and Public Sector registration fee is $50.

Sponsorship opportunities are available to highlight your organization to participants.
You are also invited to participate in the conference in its entirety. If you would like to do so, information on how to register for that can be found on the NYCWiC Conference site. (Please note that there are separate registrations for the conference and the career fair.)

- Register your organization in the system
- At the top of the homepage, click on the “Career Center Events” tab
- Search Career Event Name “NYCWIC”
- Select “New York Celebration of Women in Computing (NYCWiC) 2017 Career Fair”
- At the top of the page, Click on “Register Now” to provide your registration details
